What is OrgBuild©?

For over a decade, Carrington has used research-­‐based and successfully tested training methods, strategic continuous improvement tools, and leader engagement strategies. Our consultants have developed and implemented leadership development programs and facilitated organizational change in the public and private sector. Our expertise has been demonstrated in our global, state, and local work, including the facilitation of successful organizational restructuring and training in the Virginia Department of Education, Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice, Hampton Public Schools, regional Redevelopment and Housing authorities, as well as universities and other organizations.
